Search engines and answer tools can only work with information they can find and interpret. Clear pages do not guarantee a ranking or an AI citation, but they make the business, its services, and its evidence easier to understand.
Make the service pages specific
Give each important service page a distinct purpose. Explain who the service is for, what problem it addresses, what is included, and what a visitor can do next. Avoid pages that repeat broad claims without adding useful detail.
Keep business facts consistent
- Use the same business name and contact details across the site.
- Check that page titles and headings accurately describe the page.
- Add structured data only for information that is visible and verified.
- Keep outdated offers, unsupported awards, and unapproved testimonials off the site.
Measure what you can actually observe
Track available signals such as index coverage, relevant search queries, enquiry paths, and changes to important pages. Search behavior changes, and third-party systems do not expose every signal; report observations separately from assumptions.
